Our Law Firm has concluded its first year of activity. Despite inherent difficulties and competition, this year was a true success beyond our expectations.

Although at the beginning of our activity, we are pleased to note that several dozen citizens entrusted us with their representation in the criminal, administrative, civil and human rights fields.

Furthermore, several companies entrusted also Our Firm with the representation of their interests before state institutions, before courts in Albania and abroad as well as in arbitration. These companies are among the most popular names and brands of Albanian and international market as well as companies with extensive trading and investment activities.

During this first year we had the honor and pleasure to cooperate with prestigious Law Firms in Switzerland and Italy.

MuçiLaw dignifiedly represented clients before all courts and instances of the Albanian judicial system and before the European Court of Human Rights. We successfully represented several dozen criminal, administrative and civil cases in the Courts of First Instance, the Courts of Appeal, the Special Court and Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organised Crime, on the First Instance and Appeals. We also represented clients before the High Court and two requests of MuçiLaw are being considered before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania. We have submitted two Applications before the European Court of Human Rights for violations of fundamental freedoms and human rights which have been registered and are currently being considered by this Court. Furthermore, Our Firm is representing parties in several arbitration proceedings.

In an almost absolute percentage, our representations have been successful and have met our clients’ expectations.

In fact, the citizens and companies that have entrusted us are not simply our clients; they are the partners and friends of MuçiLaw and will always remain appreciated on our part. We would like to express our deep gratitude and appreciation for their contribution to the implementation of our idea but most importantly for the trust they gave us as young actors in a competitive and challenging market.
