Civil Confiscation

Besnik Muçi is the best expert in Albania regarding civil confiscation as provided for in the Antimafia Law. He has contributed to the drafting of this Law no. 10 192, dated 3.12.2009 “For the Prevention and Strike of Organised Crime, Trafficking, Corruption, and Other Crimes through Preventive Measures against Property”, and was one of the first Prosecutors of the Republic to have submitted and defended requests based on the new procedure provided for by this law before the Court.

Mr. Muçi has been also Expert at the School of Magistrates for training the Judges and Prosecutors of Albania for 8 years (2010-2018) on the theoretical interpretation and application in practice of the Antimafia Law.
