Greeting address from the Founding Partner of MuçiLaw, Av. Besnik Muçi on New Year 2023

Dear friends and well-wishers of Our Office,

Together we closed the second year of Our activity.

Coming off a very successful first year, the main challenge of this year was to maintain the continuity of our work. We are very pleased to share with you the fact that this year was also a successful one with achievements for “MuçiLaw”. We continued to professionally defend and represent cases carried over from 2021, and many new clients became friends and partners of our office during 2022. MuçiLaw carried out the work with loyalty and dedication to defend and represent them as decently and with quality. On this occasion, we thank them for the trust they gave us.

Throughout 2022, our Office handled a large volume of cases at all levels of trial in criminal, administrative, family and constitutional law. The activity of Our office are spread over a number of judicial districts. We continued this year to make applications to the Strasbourg Court.

The successful innovation for this year of MuçiLaw is the representation of several clients in cases of damage claims.

Finally, we share with you the fact that one of the main partners of Our Office, after a successful application through an international competitive procedure, since April was accepted and is pursuing a Doctorate in Banking and Financial Law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (https://www.eur.nl/people/eugerta-muci).
